“When I first met Jenn & Dave it was at a time in my life where parts of my world were upside down! Now to say that with still being positive is an understatement. I can be very challenging as a customer and I definitely know that but I’m honest and upfront about that! Coming from someone who always asks people to “hear what you don’t see” and often feels invisible to most they have always made me feel seen and most importantly valued to be a person who matters to someone! Kind words and not giving up on difficult people goes a long way in the importance of understanding how they may never have known at the time they met them it changed the whole narrative in life which had just become starting to change their lives for the better in a way of giving them a glimpse of hope that brighter days were coming and not everyone gives up on you when it becomes tough to deal with the unexpected reality of others.
