About Sandra

If Sandra seems like she has more expertise in staging & interior design than the average Realtor, it’s because she does. Her staging company Positive Space Inc. has 16 years of success stories to prove it. Acutely tuned in to how important the presentation of a home is, Sandra created a company where no detail is ignored. From furniture to décor to remodeling, she has a hand in it all. Sandra transforms homes before they hit the market so that when she’s putting together her marketing plan, she has something beautiful to photograph & show.

She’s a world traveler and has lived in Telluride, Maui, and Whistler just to name a few. In her free time, she is always finding new destinations to explore and pretty much always has a suitcase packed and ready to go. When she is at home, she’s hosting family & friends for summer beach fires or winter Sundays cheering on the Seahawks.
