Sandra McQuiggin

Sandra's previous experience includes 20 years of property management. She worked her way through levels of management which included multifamily, commercial, condos, rental homes, and real estate sales. Sandra studied at Champion School of Real Estate and became licensed in 2005 and earned her Broker license in 2018. She is currently working with Vaughan Real Estate Group on Lake Livingston since 2013 specializing in San Jacinto County but represents buyers all over the lake area. 

In Sandra’s free time, she enjoys gardening, boating, exercising and most of all making precious memories with her granddaughter and family! Sandra is very involved in her community, serving at her local church and volunteering for her community property association.
