Sandy Stewart is a luxury real estate agent with Beacham & Company in Atlanta, bringing more than 20 years of experience, a degree from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning, and a deeply personal connection to the city she’s called home since 2008. Sandy launched her career on the Atlantic coast of South Florida, learning the craft of luxury real estate in one of the most competitive markets in the country. When she and her husband relocated to Atlanta in 2008 — in the middle of a housing crisis — she made the deliberate choice to invest deeply in a new city. She built relationships, learned neighborhoods block by block, and earned a reputation as a trusted local expert. Fifteen years later, Brookhaven is home, and those early connections have become the foundation of everything she does.

Her design and architecture background shapes the way Sandy sees every property she walks through. Sandy lives in Brookhaven with her husband Peter, their sons Ryan and Cameron, and their Golden Retriever. She is a long-term volunteer with Open Hand Atlanta, the Lovett School, Dunwoody Public Schools, and community sports programs. She is an active member of The Cathedral of St. Philip and a lifetime member of Alpha Chi Omega.
