I represent homeowners and future homeowners --combining my love of real estate with my business experience and dedication to creating happy customers. I am licensed in Delaware and Maryland.
A bit about me:
I grew up in Wilmington, Newark and Hockessin, Delaware, and attended Alexis I Dupont High School (go Tigers!) and the University of Delaware. I spent eight great summers during high school and college working in Rehoboth Beach. I often found myself reminiscing about the Delaware coastal towns hoped to move back one day after living in the DC metro area for nearly 3 decades. I am thrilled to return to my Delaware roots as a real agent. I bring more than 15 years of residential real estate experience, as well as 15 years of marketing and business development experience in the healthcare industry. Because those 15 years required almost constant travel, I learned to treasure time spent at home. I realized how important a home is and my interest in what makes homes special combined with my love of sales evolved into a career. Having had a strong business background has been invaluable in helping my real estate clients achieve their goals.
It has been a recent move back to the Delaware coastal area with my husband Craig who is a licensed general contractor in Delaware with almost 30 years of experience! Over the years, I learned more than I ever thought necessary from my husband about home renovation and building from studs to dimensional lumber to structural loads. One Valentine’s Day, he even gave me a laser tape measure--not the most romantic gift, but I love it! So…acquiring my Residential Construction and New Home Specialist certifications was a snap. . . Together Craig and I raised three wonderful (most of the time) daughters, who visit regularly and mean the world to us. As supporters of Rescue Dogs of America, we currently have one rescue, Oliver Henry, a Maltese who thinks he owns the house. I am also a watercolorist, focusing on the natural beauty that surrounds us in coastal Delaware.

I earn my clients’ trust through integrity and attention to detail combined with a driving force. My number one priority is to have satisfied customers! I build successful relationships with clients and all parties involved in transactions. These interpersonal attributes, coupled with pinpointed business acumen, have proven to be a winning combination. I care deeply about achieving the best results for my clients. My job is to be a devoted advocate for my clients to assist in fulfilling their real estate goals. And, it doesn’t hurt that I like to win (for my clients)!
