    Santiago Valdez is a seasoned residential, investment, and luxury broker with over 20 years of experience.  He is known for visionary market insight and masterful results built on a foundation of client relationships. 

    Born in Arequipa, Peru, Santiago’s disciplined and timely execution style is rooted in a life of service, from his time as an M1A1 tanker in the U.S. Army to his years as a Police Sergeant at Loyola University. These roles instilled in him the focus of a strategist dedicated to his clients' best interests.

    As the lead advisor for The Relux Group, Santiago offers unique expertise. He expertly guides clients through the luxury residential market while maintaining a focused niche in investment properties ranging from 3 to 30 units. As an investor with a track record of over 150 brokered multifamily sales, he brings a valued perspective to every transaction.  To ensure his clients receive the highest level of care, his nationally ranked team delivers comprehensive and expert execution.
