Santiago Valdez is a luxury broker with a passion for building meaningful connections and achieving outstanding results. 

Originally from the beautiful city of Arequipa, Peru, Santiago has had the privilege of experiencing diverse cultures and perspectives throughout his life. His journey includes serving as an M1A1 Abrams tank driver and loader in the United States Army, and residing in Germany, Peru, and the United States, shaping him into the dedicated and diligent professional he is today.

Together with his partner, Elizabeth Pyle, Santiago has ventured into investment opportunities, owning and managing over 30 rental units. This experience has provided him with invaluable insights into the intricacies of the real estate market and a deep understanding of the investment side of the industry.

Since embarking on his real estate career in 2004, Santiago’s focus has always been on building strong relationships with clients. His unwavering commitment to their needs and genuine care for people have propelled him to become a top-ranked broker, recognized by organizations such as the Chicago Association of Realtors, Crains, Chicago Magazine, and RealTrends.
