Sara Clephane

Sara Clephane has 22 years of experience as both a real estate broker and realtor. She currently represents both buyers and sellers and specializes in residential architecture and design-centric homes. Past sales have included homes by famed architects Richard Neutra, Ed Fickett, Harwell Hamilton Harris, Thornton Abell, Craig Ellwood, Pierre Koenig, Lorcan O’Herlihy, Vaughan Trammell, Coop Himmelblau, , Frank Israel, Josef Van der Kar, Jerry Lomax, and Ricardo Legorreta.

Licensed in California, and previously in New York and Florida, Sara started her career in Miami working with developers and professional athletes. She was recruited to New York City as Director of Sales for new development and went on to become a Senior Vice President/Associate Broker at Douglas Elliman New York before coming to Los Angeles 13 years ago.

Sara spent many years specializing in new development and international sales. She has assisted and educated international buyers in purchasing US properties by conducting seminars, producing events, and participating in exhibitions in Italy, France, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Panama. She has also lived extensively around the world. These experiences have given her a vast worldwide network of contacts.
