Sara Crombie

Sara, as the Principle and Founding Team Leader for Compass on the Treasure Coast, is spearheading the future of real estate with a blend of tradition and innovation. Formerly leading New Wave Real Estate Group, Sara has been instrumental in delivering concierge-level services to both Buyers and Sellers in South Florida since 2010.  Armed with degrees in design from Fisher College and business from Boston University, she began her career in a prominent Boston-based investment firm.  After transitioning to South Florida in 2001, she decided to leverage her comprehensive expertise in finance, construction, and design to real estate, obtaining her broker's license and then stepping up as Broker/Owner of a well-respected boutique brokerage in 2018.
