Sara Gyertyanffy

Sara Gyertyanffy is a Sales Associate with Avenue Group at Compass, specializing in South Miami and Coral Gables. As a South Miami resident herself, she knows these neighborhoods from the inside: the streets, the schools, and what makes each community feel like home.

Sara's path to real estate began close to home. Her husband and his family work in construction, which gave her an early, hands-on appreciation for how homes are built and what gives a property lasting value. Paired with her professional background in contract management, this gives her a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand through every stage of a transaction, whether her clients are buying, selling, or renting.

Born and raised in Italy, Sara moved to Miami nine years ago. She speaks Italian, English, and Spanish, so she connects easily with Miami's international community. A former Division I college athlete, she brings the same discipline and drive to every client relationship.

With a family of her own, Sara understands that finding the right home is one of the most important decisions a family will make, and she treats it that way. Outside of real estate, she is an active member of the Epiphany parish community and loves staying active.
