Sara Hyder

Sara's roots are in Massachusetts, but Houston has been home since 2008, with stints along the way in New Orleans and Dubai that gave her a broader lens on what makes a city — and a home — feel right.

Before real estate, Sara spent years as a store manager for lululemon, where she built a career on the fundamentals that now define her business: reading people, solving problems on the fly, and delivering a level of service that keeps customers coming back. When her children started elementary school, she made the leap into real estate — and hasn't looked back since.

Today, Sara thrives on the moving parts of the business: coordinating with clients, other agents, vendors, builders, and contractors, and keeping every deal on track from contract to close. She leads with a few core values — outstanding customer service, staying sharp on market trends, clear and constant communication, honesty, and old-fashioned hard work. Sara earned her BA from the University of New Hampshire in 2008. She lives in Memorial West with her husband, three kids, and their miniature beagle, Mel. Outside of work and family time, you'll likely find her in a weight-lifting class or on spending quality time with friends.
