Zigs and Zags
Before real estate, my path definitely wasn’t linear. I spent years in the restaurant industry before visiting the Emerald Coast in 2001 and, like so many others, falling in love with this place at first sight. I came back to Seagrove Beach to get married in 2002, then made the move permanent in 2004. Leaving one career, embracing another, and building a life here taught me something important: your path doesn’t have to be straight to land exactly where you’re meant to be.
Life also brought challenges that shaped who I am today. In late 2013, I began my battle with breast cancer—surgeries and chemo stretched across 2014, and that season changed how I move through the world. It redefined how I parent, how I show up for others, how I work, and how I choose to live: slower where it matters, braver where it counts, and deeply rooted in gratitude.
That experience also gave me the strength to walk alongside my husband through his own cancer journey in 2020 and 2021, during a time when the world was already facing extraordinary circumstances. Those years reaffirmed what I value most: family, presence, resilience, and community.
Every twist and turn—beautiful or difficult—has contributed to the way I serve clients, connect with people, and approach each day with perspective and purpose.
Work Life
I’m a Texas A&M graduate with a degree in business management and have been a real estate professional since 2017. Today, I help clients buy, sell, and invest in beach properties from North Santa Rosa Beach and Point Washington to 30A and the west end of Panama City Beach. I’m proud to be part of the Bailey Advisory Group at Compass Florida in the 30A office, where I frequently work with out-of-town buyers who rely on me for everything from FaceTime tours to local insight.
Known for hands-on guidance and full-process support, I’m committed to staying involved from start to finish. In 2021, I contributed to $102M in team sales and earned Chairman’s Diamond status, placing me within the top half of 1% of agents company-wide.
Paying it Forward
Giving back to the place that gives so much to me is a priority. I’ve served as President of the parent organization, Boosters, during our final year at Bay Elementary and the first year at Dune Lakes Elementary. I also stay involved with local organizations such as Food For Thought and The Rosemary Beach Foundation—and I’m known as the friend who will always fill a volunteer spot when help is needed.
Who I Am at the End of the Day
At heart, I’m someone who loves this community, loves this lifestyle, and loves sharing both. When I’m not working, you’ll find me doing yoga, reading, or enjoying life with my husband Tim, our kids Sonny and Mia, and our dog Pancake. I’m deeply invested in my kids’ activities—from competitive travel cheer to martial arts to high school football.
And one thing’s for sure: I’m always on the hunt for my next taco (yes, #taco2K17 lives on).
No matter what I’m doing—real estate, family, or community work—I’m here because this is home. And helping others make it theirs is the best part of what I do.
