"My husband and I moved from Oklahoma to Tennessee a few days ago. We found out we were moving only about a month ago for his job. I was very nervous, I had never lived out of state before, had anxieties about where would we pick our home when we had no idea about the area, and it was my first time buying a home so I didn’t even know what to expect with the process.

"In 2019 our family moved from Texas to Tennessee. We had ONE weekend to fly over and find a house. Initially this felt overwhelming, but Sara Beth spent time with us on the phone prior our trip to learn about our family and understand our "needs" and "wants" lists. She listened to us and when we arrived in TN to house hunt she was prepared with the perfect plan to maximize our time and show us everything we wanted to see. Sara Beth's knowledge of the area proved incredibly beneficial! She's energetic and passionate. She's also incredibly patient, always willing to take a second (or third or fourth) look at homes we were considering.
Once we selected our home, Sara Beth sent pictures, measurements and updates on our "new house to be" sometimes multiple times a week.
