About Sarah

Sarah is a third-generation Carpinteria native who, along with her husband Aaron, grew up attending local schools and now raises their three children in the same tight-knit community. Sarah and Aaron are also proud co-owners of Channel Islands Surfboards, a renowned Carpinteria-based surfboard manufacturer.

A licensed CPA and RealtorĀ®, Sarah earned her degree in Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara. She balances her real estate career with her family’s avocado ranch and serves on the advisory boards for Carpinteria Education and the newly founded Warrior Pool Foundation, which is working to build a pool for Carpinteria High School.

Having spent her entire life in the Santa Barbara area, Sarah has a deep appreciation and extensive knowledge of the region. Her strong roots and local connections make her a trusted guide for anyone looking to call Carpinteria home. Sarah believes that great business starts with genuine relationships and takes pride in building lasting connections with her clients.
