"Sarah is more than a realtor - she is a life transition doula! That's a term I just made up but it feels right because she has helped me and my family through several big life changes that involved buying and selling houses (and even finding homes to lease). Often when you are buying or selling a home it's because you just made a big life change: marriage, kids, new city, divorce... and having someone like Sarah in your corner makes all the difference in the world! She is extremely responsive, advocates for her clients, explains the process every step of the way, and makes sure you understand and feel good about your choices. She fights for your best interest with honesty, gentleness, and care! Beyond being extremely skilled and knowledgeable, she has a healing, compassionate energy. I can't say enough positive things about Sarah. You will be so happy to have her as your real estate advocate (and life transition doula)! "

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Sarah Biggerstaff to purchase my first house, and I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible experience. From the beginning, Sarah demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that immediately put my nerves at ease. As a first-time homebuyer, the process seemed daunting, but Sarah took charge of all the technical aspects, guiding me through each step with patience and clarity. Her ability to simplify complex details made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. What sets Sarah apart is not just her knowledge but also her genuine commitment to her clients. I felt a sense of trustworthiness throughout the process, knowing that she had my best interests at heart. Her dedication to ensuring my comfort and understanding truly made a difference. If I could, I'd buy another house just to have the opportunity to work with Sarah again. I wholeheartedly endorse her and am grateful for the support she provided in making my dream home a reality. If you're in need of a real estate professional who combines expertise with a personal touch, Sarah Biggerstaff is the one to choose. "

"Sarah is an absolute dream Realtor. We honestly could not have asked for a better person to help guide us in our home-buying process. From the moment we contacted her all the way through closing she made us feel like we were her top priority. Even when she was out of town she made herself 100% available via phone and email. She is a prompt communicator, professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She is the perfect balance of friendly and assertive. She stood up for us in negotiations and always helped us to feel calm and confident in all of the quick decisions we needed to make. We will continue to recommend her to anyone we know looking to buy a home! "

"Working with Sarah Biggerstaff was a pleasure. She made the stressful process of selling my Austin, TX home very easy. I contacted her because a house around the corner had her name on the sold placard. From the moment I met her I liked her and could feel her genuine enthusiasm and interest. Throughout the process I felt that she honestly cared and she went above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions. When a potential buyer wanted to view my home and I had a commitment that meant I would not be able to take my two dogs, Sarah volunteered to look after them herself. Furthermore, my sale was complicated by the fact that I had to probate my partner's will before the sale could occur. When an issue arose in connection with this I was able to call Sarah even though she was at the airport on her way to Paris, France for her Christmas vacation and she contacted the necessary parties before her plane departed. Needless to say, I have the highest regard for Sarah and respect her abilities as a realtor. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who needs to sell their home. She is a professional, but even more than that, she is a genuinely warm and caring person who is easy to get along with and does whatever it takes to make you feel at ease during the stressful home selling process. "Sarah is a fabulous Realtor - I have worked with her to purchase 3 properties, and plan to continue working with her as long as we both live in the area.Sarah is experienced and knowledgeable - Whenever I come to her with a question at any point in the home buying process, she always has good advice to offer and she has always guided me in the right direction. She is honest - She has discouraged me from certain properties where she feels there's something risky about either the house or the contract. At all times I have complete trust that she is working in my best interest rather than trying to complete a sale. Sarah is friendly and easy to talk to. She is also an ongoing mentor for me - When I first became a landlord, I had lots of questions for her. Even though I was not always an active client at the time, she would always be quick to provide me with the information I need to solve my problem - Contact info for subcontractors, advice for dealing with tenants, information about refinancing, etc. "

"I first met Sarah in July of 2017 when I traveled to Austin to find a home to purchase in just two short days. My home in Connecticut sold extremely fast, and my timeline to find a new home in Austin where I was moving to was suddenly accelerated (and limited). Sarah’s business partner (who I had made an appointment with) was unable to meet with me as she was unexpectedly called out of town, so Sarah agreed to meet with me with very little notice. We met during the 4th of July week, and I immediately knew I was in amazing (THE BEST) hands. Sarah listened very carefully to what was important to me in my new home and spent two full days showing me properties that met my needs. I put an offer on a beautiful home before I boarded a plane back to Connecticut. Every aspect of my interactions and communications with Sarah resulting in the purchase of this home was completely flawless. And I loved every minute I lived there. Fast forward to March 4, 2020, when I contacted Sarah to put my home on the market. There was not a single doubt in my mind that I would partner with Sarah on the sale of my home. So yes, March 4, the week before the world melted due to COVID-19. Despite the absolute chaos the pandemic created, my home sold in less than a week – thanks to Sarah! Sarah’s consummate professionalism was present every day, in every text, call, and every single interaction. She hired the best photographer to take amazing photos of my home, which showcased it very well in the listing. Unfortunately, numerous COVID-19 related issues took place (including the buyer losing his job and having to backout, to him getting his job back and resubmitting the offer, to me confused and nervous about whether this was the right time to move or to put everything on a temporary hold, etc.), making this deal a very fluent and difficult one. Sarah NEVER wavered and creatively came up with multiple options (including buyer purchasing my home and leasing it back to me). She was calm and collected throughout, even though I know I sure was not! She kept the ball rolling and the relationships open and, when I decided I was ready, Sarah essentially put the train back on the track and everything swiftly and easily fell into place. The buyer already had an inspection and was pre-qualified for a mortgage, so when Sarah reached out to their agent to say I was ready to move forward, I had a contract in my inbox in just a few short hours. The deal closed quickly and without a glitch, and Sarah was by my side every step of the way. I’ve bought and sold (and leased and was a landlord) 16 times in my life, and I have never (EVER!) worked with an agent who was as professional, proactive, friendly, reassuring, calm, and knowledgeable as Sarah Biggerstaff. I highly recommend Sarah Biggerstaff to be your agent – whether you’re buying or selling. She was my agent on both sides, and I honestly could not have been happier with both experiences. "

"My wife and I first connected with Sarah on the strong recommendation of a family friend. We were in the midst of an extremely difficult process of trying to sell our condo, one that had ended up taking several months longer than we initially planned. Having Sarah take over as our agent was the best decision we could have possibly made. Immediately she showcased her knowledge by identifying problems that could be keeping the unit from selling and making suggestions for how to improve them. She was willing to go the extra mile for us, and showed she really cared about helping us find a buyer by creating an action plan for things she could do to help advertise the unit. I felt more confident than ever having her as our agent, and my confidence was proven correct when she found a buyer faster than we ever expected. Sarah maintained her excellence through our closing date. We were very nervous, having had buyers back out before, but she handled it with grace and ensured we were aware and informed every step of the way. She was attentive and responsive, answering any questions we had quickly and always being available to talk if we needed her. Whenever a decision needed to be made, she made sure to walk us through the pros and cons of each option, as well as offering her expert advice. As a result, the whole procedure felt incredibly smooth. Sarah helped take an aspect of our life that was causing us great stress and anxiety, and in a matter of days turn it into something we could be confident about. My wife and I are extremely grateful to her for that. I would recommend Sarah in a heartbeat to anyone seeking an agent. Her skill and focus on not just the property itself, but the people behind it, are exceptional. Sarah stands out as a shining example of how positive professional relationships can be created and maintained. "
