Sarah Bonk

Sarah has a natural and long nurtured love for real estate, fostered by her parents through the years attending various open houses bringing her and her sisters along. She loved going through the  different houses, soaking in the latest trends in color and design and dreaming, even then – maybe someday I could sell a house like this – and here she is!

Following The PAK Group tradition, Sarah has a strong connection with her fellow team members prior to joining the team, being a life-long resident of Mount Prospect and then Arlington Heights, where she still lives with her husband and 2 children. She loves living “local” as she is surrounded by  family and friends. She also attended John Hersey High School and often draws on her experiences there as well as her college years at the University of Iowa. Those strong roots make her a valuable asset to the team and their clients looking for their dream home, profitable investment, or savvy listing advice. Not to be limited by area, Sarah has the initiative and drive to discover and explore all aspects of the surrounding area, both near or far, to find that perfect fit.

Building on her previous career working for a Fortune 500 company for over 20 years, Sarah is excited to leverage her expertise in sales, strategic marketing, and contract negotiations for the benefit of her clients. She values how important a real estate investment can be in her clients’ lives, and with a focus on communication, dedication and transparency, she is eager to make her clients’ dreams come true.
