I have been in love with this location since I was a child, and I moved here in 2018 to live the 30A lifestyle full-time. But I quickly discovered the great opportunity this location presents buyers and sellers as one of the hottest Real Estate markets.

But a good location is really only half of the equation. The real secret to a successful buying or selling experience is “who you know.”

Before I was in Real Estate, I had a career as an artist and musician in Nashville. Touring and singing on stages took me all over, and I love running into friends when they visit our gorgeous little community. And if you hand me a microphone, I can still sing with the best of them.

But spending time in the music industry also gave me the opportunity to build an extensive network of personal and professional contacts.

Now I use that wide network and an intimate relationship with local business owners, community leaders, and families in our community to make buying or selling a home fun, simple and elevated.
