Australian Born into a family of Builders and Carpenters, Sarah began working in Musical Theatre at the age of 15.... By the age of 18 she had saved up enough of a downpayment to purchase her first home and join the family business of buying, owning and renovating. Purchasing, renovating, flipping and short-term rental Real Estate has been a life long passion of Sarah's alongside her Performing career on multiple continents throughout the years. 

Moving to NYC in 2018 to continue her Musical theatre Career on Broadway, she soon gravitated towards Real estate as a Career. With her energetic and can-do personality she seamlessly manages to live in both worlds and passions.... Theatre and Real Estate.

As an experienced Manhattan landlord already in the few years since moving here, not to mention the wealth of knowledge over decades and multiple continents ( Australia, UK, Europe ) she also brings valuable expertise in the area of investment properties. With her exceptional negotiating skills and bright personality, Sarah promises to bring charisma and a "no problem" attitude to helping you achieve your real estate goals!

Sarah' performance resume includes a Career in Australia, London's West-End, Germany, with her Broadway Career including "Moulin Rouge" and the currently running "Smash!!
