With a background in operations, entrepreneurship, and team leadership, I specialize in building workflows that remove friction, elevate service, and allow our agents to focus on what they do best: serving clients well. From contract to close, marketing coordination to internal systems, I oversee the details that create consistency, confidence, and calm.
