"I could not ask for a better experience. This is my second time buying a house. The first time my experience with realtors was HORRIBLE and made me dread working with one while selling/buying this time. Thank heavens for Sarah Rhoads because my experience was wonderful this time, a complete 180. She took care of everything and was trustworthy. I know she did everything she could and always had my best interest in mind. I could tell that her focus was not on making a commission, but in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. She brought in a professional photographer to take photos of the house I was selling and this made it truly stand out on real estate websites. She also had wonderful recommendations for mortgage brokers, title companies, carpet cleaners, ect. Anything I wasn't sure of, she came to the rescue with a recommendation and a smile...but never pushed anything on me which I appreciated after my previous bad experience.
