Education
Before joining Compass in 2022 Sarah was part of the leadership team at a national brokerage firm, with her most recent role of Regional Managing Director. Prior to her years there she was a Senior Vice President of The Developer's Group, where she oversaw projects throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, including The EDGE, developed by Douglaston Development and One Brooklyn Bridge Park developed by RAL, and was instrumental in accelerating the company's growth and success.
Having moved to the Big Apple in 1994 to pursue her education at NYU, Sarah fell in love with the city's energy, and formed a deep rooted connection with many of the vibrant neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn. After Graduating with a BFA in 1997, she quickly realized that her true passion lay in the ever-evolving world of real estate.
She thrives on the thrill of witnessing the dynamic skyline of New York City and Brooklyn transform, as architectural symphonies rise from mere blueprints to become cherished homes. With a keen eye for materials and craftsmanship Sarah is able to guide her clients through the intricate process of buying, selling and developing property from concept to completion. Recognized by Real Trends and The Thousand as one of the top individual agents nationwide, she consistently was in the top 10 individual agent rankings at her previous firm, which are testaments to her unparalleled market knowledge and her ability to navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape.
Beyond her professional success, Sarah has lived in Williamsburg Brooklyn since the early 2000’s with her two children and husband. A devoted dog lover, she can often be found exploring the city's parks with her furry companion by her side. Sarah's artistic side shines through her passion for painting, while her keen interest in interior design and architecture allows her to see and appreciate the beauty in every home she encounters. As a self-confessed closeted crime junkie, she always has a captivating true crime podcast on rotation.
