As a third-generation real estate professional, Sarah received an early education in investment properties and set her sights on building a portfolio of real estate investments after purchasing her first property in 2006. With a personal portfolio spanning many different asset classes from luxury short-term rentals to mobile home parks, educating and encouraging investors on building and scaling their businesses is a purpose driven passion. Sarah moved to Franklin, Tennessee at the age of twelve and attended Franklin Classical School. She is a North Carolina native and grew up calling both Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Franklin, TN home. She is a published songwriter, author, and avid equestrian. The American West, the deep south, George Strait, animal rescue, and good food are always welcome conversation topics.
