Born into a military family and a proud military spouse for over 29 years, Sarah has a personal understanding of the challenges and excitement that come with frequent relocations. With nearly 20 moves and her own experience with personally buying and selling 15 homes, sheā€™s an invaluable resource for military families navigating the real estate process in areas surrounding Ft Meade and the Naval Academy; including Anne Arundel County, Howard County and Prince George's County.

As a certified Military Relocation Specialist, Sarah ensures a smooth and stress-free transition for her clients, which has helped place her among the top 0.1% of NAR Members in Maryland. Sarah is also passionate about educating others on serving military families. She developed PCS Certified, a course designed to train real estate agents on the intricacies of working with service members, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and expertise.
