As the County Tax Collector I come into contact with a number of competent real estate professionals. Sarah Hudson meets and exceeds what I would classify as competent qualifications. Sarah participated in the sale of one of my homes and was the lead real estate agent for the sale of a second home. Not only did she provide good advice but actually helped me work in the yard to get the home ready for an open house. The asking price she identified was exactly what the home sold for and the offer came in as a result of the open house. The home was in an area where a number of homes were listed and not moving quickly. Thanks to Sarah’s efforts my home was on the market less than 30 days before going into escrow. The buyers offered a contingency sale which I usually avoid. Sarah did her homework, presented me with the facts and I agreed to the contingency sale. The home was scheduled to close on the 31st of the month but much to my surprise it actually closed on the 21st ten days early. Most importantly, Sarah successfully worked through a long list of issues identified by the home inspector of this older home. Without hesitation I would recommend Sarah Hudson as my real estate agent of choice.
