Having moved frequently growing up, Sarah Herbert’s passion for the quest for the house that becomes a home is real. She and her family spent time in Dallas, Chicago, Boston and Darien, Connecticut. A Wake Forest University graduate, Sarah worked in luxury marketing in New York City for eight years before returning to Dallas in 2019. Her experience in roles at high-end beauty corporations such as Estée Lauder, NEST New York and Beauty Bio, along with her energy, enthusiasm and knack for making connections serve her well in her real estate career. Sarah is thrilled to join forces with this elite group of agents that comprise the Compass DFW roster — and to expand her network and create new paths for success. During her tenure in beauty marketing, she developed valuable transferable skills, including collaboration, relationship building and an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

A State Thomas resident, Sarah’s a neighborhood expert who spends her free time running on the Katy Trail; walking her bernedoodle puppy, Earl; traveling and exploring restaurants and bars in the Park Cities. A spicy margarita connoisseur, Sarah is always discovering new venues and friends frequently tap her for dining and nightlife recommendations.
