Sarah Ann Nehmeh brings over a decade of high-level real estate and investment experience to Los Angeles’ luxury market, blending Wall Street rigor with a refined, lifestyle-driven approach. She began her career in New York City at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management and PIMCO’s Institutional Client Management group, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and global institutions on portfolio strategy and long-term value creation. Sarah later worked in real estate finance with institutional investors and a New York–based sovereign wealth bank, underwriting and structuring complex, high-value transactions across premier residential, multifamily, and mixed-use assets nationwide. She went on to hold senior roles at Nuveen, where she evaluated and negotiated ground-up developments and luxury-adjacent real estate investments with a sharp focus on valuation, market positioning, and risk management. A native New Yorker with a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Behavioral Economics, Sarah brings a sophisticated understanding of negotiation and buyer psychology to every transaction.
