Sarah Mulcahy

Sarah Perry possesses an innate ability to foresee a projects design and detail-critiques long before a project is even off the ground. Her prior experience working for a real estate investment firm gives both her clients and her team an unprecedented advantage in the world of real estate technology and organizational skillsets.

The Orange County resident is a native to Huntington Beach and partners with Dale Austin of the Austin / Perry Team.

For two years Perry worked for a women’s life coaching and counseling business. “I wore many hats,” Perry says. “I ran her entire business which encompassed handling all of her clients with sensitivity and care, coordinating travel and group events, focusing on her social media platforms and marketing strategies, as well as her finances and expenses. This position sharpened my multi-tasking and organizational skills while working under many deadlines with precise care.”

Perry is a CSULB graduate and California state mediator under the DRPA certification; Dispute Resolution Program Act. An athlete on many fronts, Sarah and Dale keep a strong body / strong mind mentality in everything they do and routinely push themselves to learn and grow each day with passion, discipline and the strive for greatness.
