Meet Sarah
Everyone knows a real estate agent. Not many of them ran national brands first.
Sarah spent nearly a decade building and pricing household brands for Fortune 500 retailers including Costco, Target, and Walmart. She sat across the table from buyers and executives, built go-to-market strategy and pricing playbooks, and owned the number when it moved. Her accounts carried P&Ls in the hundreds of millions of dollars across companies such as Reckitt Benckiser, Clif Bar, and The Honest Company. She holds an MBA in Shopper Marketing from the University of Tennessee. All of it came before she held a real estate license.
Real estate was always the other thread. Her grandfather was a custom home builder, and Sarah built her own portfolio across multiple states: flips, renovations, a ground-up custom build, and luxury short-term and long-term rentals. She designed every one herself, from layout to finish, without hiring a designer.
Held to a Higher Standard
"I hold every listing to the standard I'd want for my own home. The details that actually matter don't get skipped."
Sarah knows the Scottsdale area's defining neighborhoods well, including Silverleaf and DC Ranch, plus Paradise Valley and Arcadia. She brings local fluency and a personal standard of service that doesn't bend.
Compass supports that standard with private, pre-market listing strategies for sellers who value discretion, a technology platform that keeps every transaction organized from search to close, and a network of top agents nationwide.
Design-Led Luxury Real Estate
"Positioning a product is the entire job. You find what makes it special and you make that impossible to miss."
That instinct came with Sarah from corporate, and it is the idea behind Design-Led Luxury Real Estate. Every home has two or three things that will make the right buyer fall in love. Sarah finds them and builds the entire strategy around them.
It also means helping buyers see what a house could become, beyond how it looks today. Sarah isn't a designer for hire. She is a resource. She will walk a buyer through the potential in a dated kitchen or an awkward layout, point them to the right trades, and help them get from what they're looking at to what they actually want.
She is relentless about it. She will take a single piece of content through multiple rounds of revisions because the light wasn't quite right. Most people know when something looks good. Fewer know how to get it there.
Design-led is a way of seeing what she is selling. It is never a house style.
