About Sarah
Buying or selling a home is about more than a transaction. It's about recognizing potential, making confident decisions, and finding a place where life's next chapter unfolds. Sarah Starry believes exceptional representation comes from combining thoughtful guidance, deep market knowledge, and a genuine understanding of how people live in their homes.

With more than a decade of real estate experience, Sarah brings a personalized, dynamic, and research-driven approach to every client relationship. She loves helping buyers envision what a home could become and guiding sellers in presenting their home at its very best. Backed by the resources, technology, and reach of Compass, she combines hands-on service with market insights, strategic marketing, and skilled negotiation to help clients achieve exceptional results.

Before focusing her career on residential real estate, Sarah built an accomplished career in commercial real estate. She began at Streetwise Retail Advisors, representing national and local retailers and landlords throughout Texas, before joining Radom Capital as Director of Leasing, where she led leasing efforts for more than 650,000 square feet of award-winning mixed-use developments, including Montrose Collective, M-K-T, 3201 Allen, and Heights Clock Tower. She later served as Vice President at CBRE within the firm's Restaurant Practice before helping launch ORIGIN Realty Advisors, where she represented nationally recognized brands including Sixty Vines, Whiskey Cake, Velvet Taco, Barcelona Wine Bar, and numerous emerging restaurant and entertainment concepts across the country.

The analytical mindset, negotiation expertise, and strategic marketing skills developed throughout her commercial career now serve as the foundation of her residential practice. Whether evaluating market trends, preparing a home for the market, negotiating on behalf of clients, or identifying opportunities others may overlook, Sarah approaches every transaction with professionalism, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.

Sarah has a particular passion for architecture, interior design, and thoughtful renovations, and enjoys helping clients recognize a home's potential, whether it's finding a move-in ready property or envisioning the possibilities hidden beneath the surface. By combining her design perspective with a strategic understanding of the market, she helps buyers confidently evaluate opportunities and guides sellers in presenting their homes to maximize value. A Houston resident since graduating from Texas A&M University, Sarah lives in Memorial with her husband, Victor, and their two children, Ossie and Coco. Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, or luxury homeowners, she is committed to building lasting relationships and delivering thoughtful guidance every step of the way.
