Before becoming a Realtor, I worked in design, renovation, and project management, which gives me a different perspective when evaluating property. I naturally look beyond the surface and help clients think through layout, condition, potential, presentation, and the decisions that can make a meaningful difference over time.

As a local to the region, I know these communities from living and working here, not just from studying the market. I care about helping people feel comfortable asking questions, understanding their options, and making decisions at a pace that feels right for them. Whether I’m preparing a home for market, helping a buyer evaluate a property, or navigating the details of a transaction, I bring a calm, practical approach, clear communication, and careful attention to the things that matter.

Giving back is also an important part of how I do business. With each closed transaction, I make a charitable contribution to support local organizations, community needs, and other causes I care about. I like knowing that every closing can create a little bit of good beyond the transaction itself.
