Sarita Payne

Real estate in Southern California is fiercely competitive, but it has never intimidated broker associate Sarita Payne. She has been helping clients develop winning strategies since joining the industry over a decade ago. One of her golden rules is building connections and providing support beyond a traditional business relationship. Rather than labeling buyers and sellers as customers, she considers them an extension of her friends and family. She also discovered early in her career that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for meeting the unique needs of clients. 

After acquiring a degree in biological science with a minor in chemical science from Florida State University, Sarita developed her trailblazing persona working in the entertainment industry. Among the many skills that evolved during that time, it was her distinct interpersonal skills and insurmountable work ethic that have propelled her to excel in real estate. From serving attorneys to physicians, she is renowned for exceeding client expectations by sharing market analysis information with tailored end-to-end service. As a member of the National Association of Realtors®, she has ongoing access to education and training resources, along with a strong connection to local industry professionals. 

Some of Sarita’s passions include animal rescue, horseback riding, traveling, hiking, skiing, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
