"My husband and I first met Sasha several months back when we were searching for renting a house in Austin. The first trait that caught our attention from Sasha was that she was very, very honest. While taking a look at a home for rent, she brought up the idea of buying a home instead, as the cost of rent at the time actually exceeded or matched that of mortgage cost, and we could even find a much nicer home at a cheaper price. She spent a good hour walking us through the pros and benefits of renting and buying, something she really did not have to do at the time. By the end of our conversation, my worry and skepticism about buying a home changed completely. Sasha made us both feel comfortable in the decision of buying a home. From that point on I really felt like she was someone I could trust and confide in throughout the entire process of home buying, knowing that I would receive her honest and thorough opinion and feedback.
In all, we really spent no more than a full month searching and finding our home. Throughout it all, Sasha was readily available and responsive via email, text, or phone calls (and I called her A LOT!). Being a first-time homebuyer I had many, many questions, and she took all the time I needed to break down all aspects of my confusion on things. Not once was there a hint of frustration on her side - always calm, relaxed, and happy to explain and provide resources to whatever it is I did not understand. Aside from her thoroughness in explanations and her honest opinions, I LOVED how organized she was. In the very beginning, she put together a folder and PPT presentation we went over outlining all steps of the home buying process. She would send email reminders of when something coming up that was due (ie: choosing and finalizing a lender). I would also send over different homes I was interested in viewing, and from that, she would promptly put together an itinerary in visiting the homes via Google maps, along with a packet outlining details of each home.
Sasha was there from Day 1 and all the way through signing the papers for our home. She was with us every step of the way and never let a couple of days go by without checking in. I am so thankful we met her, and I really cannot recommend her enough. She is trustworthy and really cuts through the BS, compassionate, really knows what she is talking about, organized, does an amazing job of breaking down difficult concepts, and is an overall friendly person.
