About Sasha
Sasha Raichand is a thorough professional with a passion for real estate who has spent the last two decades working across the entire spectrum of the business. From advising, funding and developing to managing and trading properties, he brings a holistic approach to each and every transaction.

Starting his career with PwC, in their business advisory practice in London, Sasha focused on structuring real estate finance at Anglo Irish Bank, followed by eight years at Brookfield Asset Management. 

Sasha has lived across three continents and is multilingual, thus he understands the needs and expectations of his diverse clients—all while staying highly-focused on the local market and its specific demands. He has a penchant for people and is quick to develop a lasting rapport with his clients—ensuring he always keeps their interests at the forefront of every conversation.

Additional Professional Attributes & Qualifications

Sasha is a chartered accountant who qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) and volunteers as the Community Chair for ICAS in New York. Sasha also holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Birmingham, UK.

When he’s not busy meeting your real estate needs? Sasha is a keen golfer, plays squash and has tried his hand at stand-up comedy! He currently lives in Madison, NJ with his wife and two young daughters.
