Then, the home was priced well, pictures were beautifully done and as a result of this my home was sold in 2 weeks while I was expecting minimum 3 months on the market. Saulius was very pro-active, his communication was excellent and I don’t think there was an instance when it took Saulius more than 5 or 10 minutes to respond to any email or text. Saulius thought all the process through and as a result of it I could sign Power of Attorney upfront that closing could happen without me participating in it. It saved me the trip from Europe to US.
