Real estate has been part of Savanna’s world from an early age. As a second-generation real estate professional, she was raised around brokerage, investing, and development through her family’s work in Maui. Before relocating to Houston, she spent two years in real estate on Maui, building experience with investors, 1031 exchanges, relocation clients, and local buyers and sellers. In total, she brings more than three years of real estate experience to her clients.

Her background also includes hands-on involvement in a development project, where she worked in a management role alongside her father and development partners at Maui Land & Pine. That experience gave her valuable insight into the development side of the business and expanded her understanding of real estate from both an investment and operational perspective.
