About Savenor Berkery Group
Nichole and Merrill bring together both analytical skills and sophisticated design sense, making them a winning team. With a combined 20+ years of real estate experience, Nichole’s science background, and Merrill’s decade in finance you can have no better agents as your advisors.

Nichole’s homes have each won historic preservation awards, one for a Greek Revival in Somerville, and one for a 1941 mid-century modern property in Belmont. Their local ties go back generations.

Merrill grew up on Avon Hill, went to Cambridge Public Schools and Lesley University. Nichole, through her husband, is part of the fourth generation of Savenors, a local culinary institution.
