Sayles, the owner of Sayles Livingston Design, is thrilled to join the team at Lila Delman Compass.

As the owner of a successful business for the last 30 years, Sayles brings a unique combination of business savvy, client skills, and creativity, and vision to Lila Delman Compass.

Sayles is a graduate of Brown University, where she studied horticulture and creative arts. She went on to receive a master’s degree in plant sciences. With over 30 years of experience in the event and client concierge business, she has developed an excellent reputation as one of the best designers and event managers in New England as well as other destinations. Sayles Livingston Design is a female-owned and operated, a client-centered company based in Rhode Island. Sayles’ distinctive creations and enchanting displays have been featured in over 50 national magazines and films graced the covers of bridal magazines and won numerous awards.

Sayles is a mother of three sons (Ben, Eli, and Henry) and a daughter (Martha). When she’s not working on real estate or wedding designs, she is spending time with her family, traveling, sailing, writing and running,
