Ever wonder what three of the most important things are to a person? Their family, their home and their money! Realtors are given the task of protecting all three when working with a client. I know how important it is to listen carefully to their needs and their goals. It is my job, not only to represent a client, protect their interests but help them achieve their goal as quickly and safely as possible.
I have been in the real estate business for over thirty five years. I have gained a lot of knowledge but more importantly I've learned so many creative ways to negotiate a win-win situation. It is easy to find or sell a home, the hard part is making it all come together in as little time as possible and for the best price possible for sellers and the best deal for buyers. That is when thirty five years of negotiating comes into play.
