As a native New Yorker born and raised on the North Shore of Long Island, Allison Pehel brings a local’s perspective to her work with Compass. She combines nearly 20 years of real estate experience with 7 years of working in finance, giving her a unique and well-informed perspective on the market, as well as the intricacies of banking and mortgages.

Drawing from a rich knowledge of the region and its varied neighborhoods and communities, Allison always strives to find the perfect fit for her clients’ needs. Raised in a family of contractors, she also knows top quality construction when she sees it, and prides herself on working tirelessly to help people find not only the best deal, but a home that will stand the test of time.

Thanks in part to her extensive network of contacts and meticulous attention to detail, she is often able to help buyers and sellers alike get on the same page to complete a smooth, seamless transaction. A property owner herself, she is currently a member of both the National and Long Island Board of Realtors. In her free time, she is an active supporter of several education, cancer research, and Alzheimer’s charities.
