Shannon and Steven are a dynamic and dedicated duo for their clients in the Austin Real Estate community. They are big believers that real estate, no matter in what capacity, is relational, not transactional. Their expertise not only encompasses both Commercial and Residential, but achieving their client's long-term goals, whether it be investing in development, rentals (STR/ LTR), or finding the perfect home for their family.
Shannon is a true Austinite, born at St Davids. Having grown up in West Austin, she attended all Eanes schools, the University of Texas, and received her MBA from Acton School of Business. She is supported by a large family - four brothers and three sisters - and parents who have shown her what hard work looks like. Her father is a very successful entrepreneur, who founded EZ Pawn in the 80's, and her mother and step-father have worked in real estate law for over 40 years and always hoped Shannon would find "a career she loves as much as we love ours". She has indeed!
Steven was born just two weeks later, also at St. Davids. He grew up in West Austin and attended Westlake High School, Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, and received his MBA from New York University (NYU), in NYC with a focus on Finance. Steven has an innate understanding of numbers and real estate and is an entrepreneur at heart. Steven's father is the founder of Builder's Update, a very popular and critical real estate platform still used by many agents and builders. Steven also comes from a large family - one of five - and attributes his passion for real estate development to having grown up amidst a "real estate family", with a mindset for growth and making the pie bigger for all. Steven is the former COO/ CFO for CLEAN Cause, President of Wondercide, and Founder of EZ Gold Exchange.
Steven and Shannon serve in the Top 1% of the real estate market, partnering up in 2020, after realizing their long-desired aspiration to work together and in doing so, honor their number one core value: family. Above all else, this drives them both personally, professionally, and is a value from which they can relate to clients on both the residential and commercial levels. Steven and Shannon have four children, and love to travel: snow-skiing and the beach are in high demand when they get a break from their kids' busy sports schedules.
