Scot Drucker is a Miami-based real estate advisor with Compass and a member of the Compass Sports & Entertainment Division. A South Florida native, Scot helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate luxury condos, waterfront homes, and lifestyle-driven moves across Miami, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Brickell, and surrounding markets.

Before real estate, Scot spent more than a decade in professional sports. He pitched professionally for the Oakland Athletics and Detroit Tigers organizations and played internationally in Venezuela, Taiwan, and Canada. That same performance mindset led him into sports management with Paragon Sports International, where he negotiated multi-million dollar contracts, secured endorsement and marketing deals, and helped build the personal brands of more than 50 professional athletes. Along the way, he supported clients with housing needs nationwide, from rentals to long-term purchases, giving him a real-world edge in relocation, discretion, and fast timelines.

An entrepreneur at heart, Scot founded Superkix.com, an early sneaker search engine, and created an MLB blog recognized among top outlets. He’s also deeply tied to the Miami community, with appearances and recognition tied to local events and philanthropic efforts.
