His work spans co-op and condo resales, townhouses, new-development planning and marketing, long-term investment guidance, and the occasional commercial deal. Many of Scott’s transactions are kept under wraps, a reflection of the high-net-worth and celebrity clients who rely on his discretion as much as his market insight.
