About Scott
Scott Gerow began his career in luxury real estate in New York City over 20 years ago. During his time managing exclusive estates for high-profile clients, he became involved in representing owners and assisting in a smooth buying or selling transition.

Since relocating to Florida, Scott has worked with clients from Boca Raton to Miami Beach. Scott's integrity and attention to detail are remarkable as evidenced by his constant availability to his clients and immediate response to their needs. This level of service has helped Scott garner numerous industry awards.

Since 2017 Scott has had tremendous success in representing clients buying and selling in the exclusive St. Regis Bal Harbour Residences, assisting in over $40M in transactions in that building alone.

In 2018, Scott became a Sales Executive for the highly anticipated ALINA Residences luxury development in downtown Boca Raton. His market knowledge, attention to detail, and design experience made him the perfect fit for this luxurious pre-development project.

As a founding partner of the Cotilla Ā· Beresh Ā· Gerow Luxury Team, Scott and his colleagues opened their new office in the renowned shops of Royal Palm Place. From this elegant store-front office in the heart of Downtown Boca Raton, Scott and the team continue to focus on luxury residential & pre-development sales. On the heels of the Team's NĀ° 1 ranking in the Wall Street Journal 2020 REAL Trends rankings for Boca Raton sales, the team looks to have a bright and successful 2022!

Scott is married with two amazing children and has called South Florida his home for 12 years. When Scott is not helping his clients find the perfect home, he works as an advocate for animal rights by supporting local pet adoption efforts.
