His patience and communication about the importance of our experience and wants were the most important thing when looking for a house. Scott was knowledgeable about the home buying process and showed a strong understanding of the market when he did the estimate of what his appraisal would be and where we should enter with our offer on the home we were able to get. There wasn't much negotiation that was done due to market conditions being what they are at this time, so I can't say he was bad nor great at it, hence the middle score. I will say that what is important is that our offer was accepted within a price that was acceptable for us and that all the things we needed to be done, we’re done."
