Scott got an early start in real estate through his family’s surveying business. Knowing the intricacies of construction, coupled with his experience of living and working in Manhattan real estate, Scott is easily able to guide his clients through the complexities of buying, renting, or selling in New York City.

Over the past ten years, Scott has brokered over 2000 residential real estate transactions in Manhattan and Brooklyn, with an emphasis on high-end condominiums, co-ops, and townhouses. Additionally, he has represented several hundred investors and has overseen the acquisition, management, and leasing of their investment properties. Over a decade ago, Scott formed a successful business partnership with Mark Jovanovic, which led to the formation of the widely recognized Hustis/Jovanovic Team.
