"I found a home on Zillow that I was interested in previewing and called Mr. Scott Jones with KUD Properties in Palm Desert. Scott immediately set up a viewing time for us and guided us through the negotiation process with ease and in a timely fashion. Every phone call was returned in a timely manner and with courtesy. We liked his attention to detail and kind and caring personality so much we decided to list our Condo at PGA West with him to sell. It only took 3 weeks to find a buyer because he held open houses every weekend.
Scott put in a contingency offer on the home we found on Zillow and we needed to sell the PGA West home quickly so we didnāt loose out on our Contingency offer. Scott even managed to get the new home and the PGA West Condo to close on the same day by 2:00 on a Friday so we didnāt need to move into a hotel for the weekend.
