"Scott Korbin is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He spent so much time with my husband and I explaining everything to us the very first time we met him. We were moving to NC from FL and as we decided on a house, he was there every time we needed him. He even sat with us and ran comparables for us so that we could find the best price to offer for the house we liked. We ran into trouble trying to finance our house because of the banks having such particular standards, but Scott found ways to make everything work out.
