He was very knowledgeable about the home-buying process, the present market (both area-wide and in particular locations and neighborhoods), and practical considerations such as the severity and repair-cost of issues. Scott was up- about pros and cons of particular homes and of different potential terms and conditions of any purchase offer. We felt he was committed to long-game of getting us in a house that we would be happy with, rather than getting us into a house as quickly as possible just to turn a commission. "We loved working with Scott! He moved at our pace (which was really fast), was always super responsive and on point, works with a great team, and negotiated well with a challenging seller situation. We loved that he embraced our redfin/online research (some realtors we met with insisted on using their sites vs finding the best options out there) and got us into see every house on our list. He and his team also used Google sheets, text, email, phone - basically anything we wanted to get the job done. Last, he went out of his way to make our move-in nice - making sure a cleaner came in and checking on us.
