I have lived most of my life in middle Tennessee.  I call Hendersonville, Tennessee home.  I can remember my first day in a new school in a new state.  What a feeling it was...the new kid with no friends yet.  Fast forward a few years (maybe more than a few!), that school is now a magnet school (all 12 grades) plus there are now 5 other high schools in the area.  The gravel roads I used to drive on are now paved and the farms are now neighborhoods.  There are many more choices now as to where to eat, where to shop and where to live. 

How did I get here?  I wanted to be a realtor that has the desire to serve his clients (friends) with much care.  I start with the assumption that my clients are looking for someone who is trustworthy, communicative, ethical and offers straight talk.  Your home is not a house but a place where you have or will make memories.  Buying or selling a home can be stressful.  I want to minimize your stress with timely advice, a detailed review and positive negotiations.

What was my path? From high school, to college, to accountant, business owner (GC), employee of a middle Tennessee homebuilder (100 homes/year) to realtor. That path has reinforced in me the need to be a person of character, have integrity in all aspects of life, be polite and at times just roll with the punches.

Allow me to serve and guide you through this journey.  My construction background enables me to know what is behind the walls, under the floors or in the crawl space.  I know the questions to ask, and I work well with home inspectors.  Be it a new home or a previously loved home, I can get you across the finish line. 

The real estate industry has experienced a lot of changes since I joined in 2021.  Being a realtor through these changes has required a lot of flexibility.  This flexibility is what makes us all stronger.
