About Scott
Outgoing and personable, Scott Niland serves his clients with genuine enthusiasm and a strong commitment to excellent service. Scott's background includes more than 20 years in sales management along with expertise in home improvement and construction. This provides him with a solid foundation in sales techniques, customer service, and building relationships.

In addition to his sales ability, Scott has always held a passion for real estate. "It's in my blood," he says. "My mother was a Realtor®, my uncle was an accomplished architect and my grandfather a well-known appraiser in New York during the 1930s & 1940s. All have been very influential to me and I am excited to share this world with my clients and guide them through the experience."

Originally from Michigan, Scott moved to California to pursue an entertainment career. A talented performer and vocalist, he soon learned that he had a gift for business, especially when it came to customer relations, marketing and networking. "I truly enjoy working with people, sharing their ideas and the creative process," he says. "I want to take care of their needs and ensure the home buying and selling process is hassle-free and enjoyable." Scott also has an exceptional eye for detail and always keeps the best interests of his clients in mind.

Scott studied opera and musical theater at the University of Michigan before graduating with a major in vocal performance. A resident of Marina del Rey, he knows and values the Westside lifestyle, pursuing outdoor activities like tennis, biking, and golf. An avid wine and bourbon enthusiast, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his girlfriend Cecile and their dog Ringo. He also performs in a local rock-and-roll band. "Music is food for the soul," he says. "It's been there throughout my whole life. It's opened many doors and allowed me to see the world in a way where I may have never had the chance."
